Peruvian Pepper Jam Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbsp Peruvian Pepper Jam
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. While heating 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat, sandwich the pepper jam and cheese between the sourdough slices. Press the sandwich slightly and add to pan.
  2. Cook, flipping once and adding additional butter if needed, until bread is toasted and cheese has melted, about 3 to 5 minutes per side
