Peruvian Pepper Jam Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp Peruvian Pepper Jam
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- While heating 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat, sandwich the pepper jam and cheese between the sourdough slices. Press the sandwich slightly and add to pan.
- Cook, flipping once and adding additional butter if needed, until bread is toasted and cheese has melted, about 3 to 5 minutes per side
