Returns and Refunds Policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Divina Market purchase, we want to make it right. Please reach out to our customer service team to help you at help@divinamarket.com  

We do NOT accept returns on products once they have been shipped.

If you received your order, but it arrived damaged, please submit a damage claim immediately. Please make sure to include a picture of the box and damaged items.   

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Divina Market.

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-price items can be refunded that have not left our facility.

 

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS and will be calculated by package distance. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground, with the exception of non-mainland locations (Hawaii, Alaska etc.).

Orders generally leave our facility in New York within a few business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your UPS tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Lead time for orders during the pre-holiday season (January - October) :
    • Ground/Economy Shipping:
      • 3- 5 business days for processing. Your order will ship out from our facility within 5 business days of receiving the order. Shipping time depends on the location and service you choose.
      • We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier may experience delays.
      • We do not process orders on the weekends. Any orders made after 12 pm on Friday through Sunday, will not be processed until Monday.
    • Expedited Shipping:
      • Your order will NOT arrive the next day.
      • 1 business day* for processing. Your order will ship out from our facility within 1 business day* of receiving the order. Shipping time depends on the location and service you choose.
      • We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier may experience delays.
      • We do not process orders on the weekends. Any orders made after 12 pm on Friday - Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
    • Lead time for orders during the peak holiday season (November - December) :
    • Ground/Economy Shipping:
      • 5-7 business days for processing. Your order will ship out from our facility within 10 business days of receiving the order. Shipping time depends on the location and service you choose.
      • We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier may experience delays.
      • We do not process orders on the weekends.
    • Expedited Shipping:
      • Your order will NOT arrive the next day.
      • 2-5 business days* for processing. Your order will ship out from our facility within 5 business days* of receiving the order. Shipping time depends on the location and service you choose.
      • We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier may experience a delay
