INGREDIENTS
4 c Gigandes Beans in Vinaigrette (Bulk)
12 oz tuna in oil
1/2 lemon
sea salt
3-4 scallions
1 1/2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
pinch red pepper flakes
drizzle Renieris Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Measure out four cups of beans; drain and place in bowl
- Drain tuna and add to beans
- Squeeze lemon over tuna and season with salt
- Scatter scallions and parsley over the tuna and finish with chili flakes
- Add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and gently mix
