Tuscan-Style Gigandes Beans with Tuna

INGREDIENTS

4 c Gigandes Beans in Vinaigrette (Bulk)
12 oz tuna in oil
1/2 lemon
sea salt
3-4 scallions
1 1/2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
pinch red pepper flakes
drizzle Renieris Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Measure out four cups of beans; drain and place in bowl
    2. Drain tuna and add to beans
    3. Squeeze lemon over tuna and season with salt
    4. Scatter scallions and parsley over the tuna and finish with chili flakes
    5. Add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and gently mix
