INGREDIENTS
2 croissants, store-bought
4 thick slices ham
2 oz Brie, sliced
Arugula or sprouts, for serving
4 tbsp Divina Sour Cherry Spread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the croissants in half.
- Layer one side of each croissant with 2 slices of ham, 1 oz Brie, and 2 tbsp Sour Cherry Spread. Toast in the oven until the Brie begins to melt.
- Top with arugula or sprouts and close with the remaining croissant halves.
