INGREDIENTS
3/4 c tomato juice
5 oz vodka
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce
1 tsp sea salt, plus more as needed
1 lemon
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Ice
Skewers for garnishes
Garnishes & Additions
Celery sticks
Fresh herbs (dill, cilantro, or parsley)
Hot sauce
Lemon or lime wedges
Prepared horseradish
Thick-cut bacon, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour sea salt onto a small plate. Rub the rim of a glass with a lemon wedge, then dip the rim into the salt to coat.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Cover and shake for about 20 seconds.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice and pour in the Bloody Mary mixture.
- Add your desired garnishes and skewer additions before serving.
