2 croissants (store bought)
4 thick slices of ham
2 oz Brie, sliced
arugula or sprouts (enough to top sandwiches)
4 tbsp Sour Cherry Spread
Slice croissants in half
Layer one side of sliced croissants with 2 slices of ham, 1 oz Brie and 2 tbsp of Sour Cherry Spread. Toast in oven until Brie starts to melt.
- Add arugula or sprouts and top with the other half of the croissant
