Nobody has to know you didn’t bake the cake. And besides, all they’ll be paying attention to is the sweet and tart Divina Sour Cherry Spread with a homemade bourbon whipped cream! This is a perfect summer dessert to bring to a block party or BBQ.
INGREDIENTS
1 store-made pound cake
1 jar Sour Cherry Spread
1 cup heavy cream, chilled
1 tbsp bourbon
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat cream, bourbon, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until the cream is softly whipped.
- Slice a store-made pound cake and layer with a spoonful of cherry spread.
- Top with bourbon whipped cream and serve. (We told you it was simple!)
