Sweet and savory, this flatbread layers Divina Orange Fig Spread and Caramelized Onion Jam with creamy brie and crisp apple slices. Finished with crunchy hazelnuts, it’s an easy appetizer that feels right at home on a fall table.
INGREDIENTS
1 (10 oz) plain flatbread crust
1/4 c Divina Orange Fig Spread
1 jar Divina Caramelized Onion Jam
4 tbsp brie, sliced into wedges
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
Chopped hazelnuts
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread the Orange Fig Spread evenly over the flatbread crust.
- Dollop the Caramelized Onion Jam across the surface of the flatbread.
- Arrange the apple slices and brie between the dollops of onion jam.
- Bake for 8 to 14 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice and serve warm.
