Starring Divina’s On the Go Olives, blue cheese and a splash of vodka, these Dirty Martini Nachos pack all the flavor of a dirty martini, but in snackable form for all to enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1 standard size bag kettle style potato chips (5 to 6 oz)
¼ c blue cheese crumbles
1 pack of Divina On the Go Pitted Green Olives, chopped
1 pack of Divina On the Go Pitted Kalamata Olives, chopped
1 pack of Divina On the Go Pitted Orange and Chili Olives, chopped
½ c sour cream
1 tbsp olive brine
1 shot vodka (about 1.5 oz)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spread kettle chips evenly on a baking sheet
- Top with blue cheese and chopped olives. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese begins to melt
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, olive brine and vodka
- Drizzle the sauce over the warm chips and serve immediately
