Olives in a Blanket

A simple and fun showstopper, we promise there won’t be any leftovers. This fun, vegetarian twist on pigs in a blanket will wow guests young and old.


1 cup Castelvetrano Olives, Pitted
1 package crescent roll dough
3 Mozzarella cheese sticks, quartered


  1. Preheat oven according to directions on crescent roll package.
  2. Hand-stuff the mozzarella into the olives and cut dough into triangles.
  3. Roll triangles around a stuffed olive and repeat with remaining pieces of cheese, olives, and dough.
  4. Bake until dough is golden and cooked through, approximately 10-15 minutes.
