Chili Fig Spread Tartine

This open-faced sandwich has it all; sweet, savory, spicy and crunch. This is a great weekend afternoon lunch when you’re short on time but still want something substantial. 1 tbsp Renieris Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
4 tbsp Chili Fig Spread
1/2 cup ricotta
12 slices prosciutto
1 cup baby arugula
1 tsp orange zest
to taste salt and pepper 


  1. Drizzle EVOO on bread and lightly bake until warm.
  2. Remove bread from oven and layer fig spread, ricotta and prosciutto.
  3. Return to oven and bake until cheese is lightly bubbling and bread is golden.
  4. Top with arugula, orange zest, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
