Sweet, savory and perfectly melty, this grilled cheese pairs sharp cheddar and creamy Fontina with Divina Sour Cherry Spread.
INGREDIENTS
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz aged cheddar, shredded
2 oz Fontina cheese, shredded
4 tbsp Divina Sour Cherry Spread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Butter both sides of the sourdough bread.
- Spread a thick layer of Sour Cherry Spread across both slices.
- Top each slice with the aged cheddar and Fontina cheese.
- Press the slices together and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
