INGREDIENTS
2 slices of sourdough
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz aged cheddar
Directions
- Butter both sides of your sourdough.
- Spread a thick layer of Sour Cherry Spread across both slices.
- Top each slice with shredded aged cheddar and Fontina cheese.
- Press both pieces together and cook until golden, approximately 4 minutes each side.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
