Few cocktails are as iconic as the Negroni. This variation adds a touch of sweet heat from Calabrian Chili Orange Not-So-Simple Syrup while staying true to the original's bittersweet character.
INGREDIENTS
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz Calabrian Chili Orange Not-So-Simple Syrup
Optional garnish: orange peel or Divina Tangerine & Chili Olives, skewered
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the gin, Campari, sweet vermouth and Calabrian Chili Orange Not-So-Simple Syrup to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange peel or skewered Tangerine & Chili Olives.
