The Gibson is a close cousin of the martini, distinguished by one simple garnish: a cocktail onion. Divina Cocktail Onions add the perfect crisp, tangy finish to this classic cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
3 Divina Cocktail Onions, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the gin and vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with a skewer of Divina Cocktail Onions.
