Date Night Espresso Martini

A twist on a twist! This espresso martini is sweetened with Date Spread Not-So-Simple Syrup.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz vodka
1 oz espresso
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Date Spread Not-So-Simple Syrup
Coffee beans, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Brew espresso and let it cool.
2. Add ice and all ingredients except the coffee beans to a shaker. Shake until foam forms.
3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
