Sour Cherry Spread Vinaigrette

Sweet and tangy, this vinaigrette comes together in minutes with Divina Sour Cherry Spread. Balanced with honey, Dijon and white wine vinegar, it adds bright flavor to green salads, grain bowls and roasted vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 tbsp Divina Sour Cherry Spread
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Divina Greek Honey
1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 c olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cherry spread, white wine vinegar, Greek honey and Dijon mustard.
2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking constantly until fully incorporated.
3. Add the salt and black pepper and whisk until smooth.
4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
