INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tbsp Sour Cherry Spread
1 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp Dijon
1/4 c Renieris Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together sour cherry spread, vinegar, honey and mustard in a bowl
- Slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil while constantly whisking, until all oil is incorporated
- Add salt and pepper and whisk
