INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients:
4 cups quick oats
1 cup crushed cashews (can be substituted with pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup brown coconut sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sour Cherry Spread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl whisk together all of the wet ingredients. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Line a 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spoon the oat mixture into the pan and press down firmly until flat.
- Generously apply dollops of Sour Cherry Spread on top of the oat mixture. Press the dollops down using the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the oatmeal bake from the oven. Carefully transfer the parchment paper with oatmeal bake to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into bars and place into a sealed container to enjoy throughout the week.
