INGREDIENTS
For the olive topping:
1 c Divina Pitted Frescatrano Olives, chopped
⅓ c cream cheese
⅓ c mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tsp olive bine
For the burger:
3-4 beef patties
Burger buns
2-3 tbsp of olive topping
3 pieces Divina's Roasted Red Tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped Divina Pitted Frescatrano Olives, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon zest, ground mustard and olive juice. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a skillet to medium high. Add the burger patties and cook for 4 minutes, undisturbed, until browned. Flip the patty, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until cooked to your preferred finish.
- Lightly toast the burger buns.
- Place the cooked burger patty on the bottom bun and top with 2-3 tablespoons of the olive mixture, spreading evenly.
- Add 3 wedges of Divina Roasted Red Tomatoes.
- Add the top bun and enjoy immediately.
