This spaghetti recipe is loaded with bold Mediterranean flavor thanks to Divina Organic Pitted Kalamata Olives, Roasted Red Tomatoes and Organic Capers. It’s an easy weeknight pasta dinner that comes together fast and hits all the right notes for olive lovers.
INGREDIENTS
12 oz spaghetti
1 jar Divina Roasted Red Tomatoes, drained and chopped
½ c Divina Organic Pitted Kalamata Olives, halved
3 tbsp Divina Organic Capers, drained
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp chopped parsley
6 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine roasted tomatoes, olives, capers, feta, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Toss the warm spaghetti with the garlic oil and tomato mixture.
- Serve immediately.
