INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups Divina Red Beets in Mediterranean Marinade
3 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
2 to 3 tbsp chopped cilantro, mint or basil
1/2 cup goat cheese crumbles
Extra virgin olive oil, optional for serving
Balsamic vinegar, optional for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Arrange slices of heirloom tomatoes and Divina Red Beets in Mediterranean Marinade on a large serving platter, slightly overlapping for presentation.
