Mixing Divina Chicago-Style Giardiniera directly into the turkey keeps these burgers juicy while adding plenty of crunch, tang, and heat. Finish with an extra spoonful on top and a toasted bun.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 jar Divina Chicago-Style Giardiniera
4 burger buns
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey and Divina Chicago-Style Giardiniera.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Cook the burgers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve on burger buns and top with additional Divina Chicago-Style Giardiniera and any desired toppings.
