Giardiniera Turkey Burger


1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 jar Giardiniera, Chicago-Style
4 burger buns


  1. In a medium-sized bowl combine the ground turkey and Giardiniera.

  2. Divide ground turkey mixture into four equal patties and press down to flatten to about ½” thick.

  3. Heat a large nonstick pan to medium-low heat. Lightly spray with cooking oil so the burgers do not stick.

  4. Add the burgers to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes until brown and cooked all the way through with an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. Place cooked turkey burgers on buns and top with additional Giardiniera and any other desired toppings.
