INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 jar Giardiniera, Chicago-Style
4 burger buns
INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium-sized bowl combine the ground turkey and Giardiniera.

Divide ground turkey mixture into four equal patties and press down to flatten to about ½” thick.

Heat a large nonstick pan to medium-low heat. Lightly spray with cooking oil so the burgers do not stick.

Add the burgers to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes until brown and cooked all the way through with an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Place cooked turkey burgers on buns and top with additional Giardiniera and any other desired toppings.
