Cobb Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Divina Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained, halved
6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
3-2 sprigs Fresh dill, torn
2 Tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1 Avocado, peeled, cut into 1/2" pieces
4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 Eggs, hard-boiled, cut into wedges
3/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
1 cup Tzatziki sauce, pre-prepared
4 Pita bread, sliced in half


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, dill, tomato, avocado, bacon, egg, feta and olives
  3. Add 3-4 tbsp of dressing and toss until mixed well
  4. Spread the remaining dressing inside pita halves and stuff with salad
  5. Alternately, serve as a composed salad with each of the ingredients arranged on a bed of lettuce and the dressing on the side
