Perfect for late night snacking or a party snack, this easy recipe brings together melty cheese, savory toppings and briny olives in every bite.
INGREDIENTS
8 mini bagels, sliced in half
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
1/3 c Divina sliced olives (Kalamatas, Frescatranos, Castelvetranos)
1/3 c Divina Sliced Banana Peppers
1/3 c chopped pepperoni
1/3 c diced fontina
2 tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the mini bagels, cut side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly brush olive oil over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over each piece, then top with olives, banana peppers and pepperoni.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle diced fontina over the hot bagels so it slightly melts.
- Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes and serve warm.
