Mini Charcuterie Bagels

Perfect for late night snacking or a party snack, this easy recipe brings together melty cheese, savory toppings and briny olives in every bite.

INGREDIENTS

8 mini bagels, sliced in half
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
1/3 c Divina sliced olives (Kalamatas, Frescatranos, Castelvetranos)
1/3 c Divina Sliced Banana Peppers
1/3 c chopped pepperoni
1/3 c diced fontina
2 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange the mini bagels, cut side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Lightly brush olive oil over each bagel half.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over each piece, then top with olives, banana peppers and pepperoni.
  5. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle diced fontina over the hot bagels so it slightly melts.
  7. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes and serve warm.
