Blue Cheese Olive Spritz

Don't knock it until you've sipped it. The Blue Cheese Olive Spritz is bright, savory, and surprisingly refreshing.

INGREDIENTS

1 c ice
4 oz sparkling water
1 oz Divina Blue Cheese Stuffed Olive Brine
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 lemon slices, for garnish
2 Divina Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a glass with the ice.
2. Add the sparkling water, Divina Blue Cheese Olive Brine, and fresh lemon juice.
3. Give everything a good stir.
4. Finish with the lemon slices and Divina Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives.
