For many families, baked brie has become a fall and holiday tradition that signifies the start of a special day. This is a perfect crowd-pleaser that can be made ahead and baked day-of. Our recipe features the classic original Fig Spread but feel free to enjoy it with any of our jams; orange fig, chili fig, sour cherry or caramelized onion.
INGREDIENTS
1 wedge Brie
3 tbsp Divina Fig Spread
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup golden raisins
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
- Spoon Divina Fig Spread evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, and golden raisins.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
