Baked Brie with Fig Spread

For many families, baked brie has become a fall and holiday tradition that signifies the start of a special day. This is a perfect crowd-pleaser that can be made ahead and baked day-of. Our recipe features the classic original Fig Spread but feel free to enjoy it with any of our jams; orange fig, chili fig, sour cherry or caramelized onion.

INGREDIENTS

1 wedge Brie
3 tbsp Divina Fig Spread
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup golden raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.
  3. Spoon Divina Fig Spread evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, and golden raisins.
  5. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  6. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
