Prosciutto-Wrapped Dolmas

  1. To wrap dolmas: gently press the dolma into the prosciutto slice to seal the prosciutto against the dolma, and roll to wrap. Repeat until all dolmas are wrapped.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  3. Add the prosciutto-wrapped dolmas, rolling them as they cook so the prosciutto crisps on all sides. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the prosciutto slices, usually 3–5 minutes.  
  4. When ready, transfer to a serving plate and serve warm. Garnish with lemon zest and present dolmas with a side of tzatziki
