Prosciutto-Wrapped Dolmas

- 1 tin Dolmas, Stuffed Grape Leaves
- 10 oz prosciutto dry-cured ham, sliced
- 2 tbsp Renieris Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
Instructions
- To wrap dolmas: gently press the dolma into the prosciutto slice to seal the prosciutto against the dolma, and roll to wrap. Repeat until all dolmas are wrapped.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- Add the prosciutto-wrapped dolmas, rolling them as they cook so the prosciutto crisps on all sides. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the prosciutto slices, usually 3–5 minutes.
- When ready, transfer to a serving plate and serve warm. Garnish with lemon zest and present dolmas with a side of tzatziki.
