Orange Fig, Apple & Brie Flatbread

  • 1-10 oz plain flatbread crust
  • 1/4 c Orange Fig Spread
  • 1 jar Caramelized Onion Jam
  • 4 tbsp Brie, sliced into wedges
  • 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • chopped hazelnuts
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Spread orange fig spread all over flatbread crust 
  3. Place dollops of caramelized onion jam over entire flatbread
  4. Assemble your flatbread by placing apples and brie in between dollops of onion jam 
  5. Cook in the oven for 8–14 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown
  6. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts over flatbread, add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Enjoy!
