Gorgonzola, Fig & Walnut Pizza

For the crust, we have two simple options: buy a par-baked crust in the market and bake according to instruction or stop in a local pizza shop and ask to buy a wedge of dough to bake at home.

For the toppings:

  • ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola
  • 6–8 teaspoons orange fig spread
  • Freshly ground black pepper flakes.
  • Walnut halves, handful

Spread the fig jam over the pizza and top with cheese, walnuts and pepper flakes. Bake until bubbling hot, 6–8 minutes
