Ingredients:

1 oz Aperol
1 oz dry prosecco
1 oz club soda
Optional garnish: orange slice

    Directions:

    1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
    2. Pour in equal amounts Aperol and prosecco.
    3. Add club soda and simple syrup and lightly stir.
    4. Garnish with an orange slice.
